Wildlife Guiding Service

James is an exceptional wildlife photographer and an outstanding guide. During my recent trip to the Shetland Islands, he went above and beyond to ensure I got the most out of my stay. His deep knowledge of the local wildlife, paired with his respectful and ethical approach, made every encounter meaningful and unforgettable. James always prioritised the well-being of the animals, ensuring we never disturbed them. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide – highly recommended!

Let me guide you through the best wildlife experiences the Shetland Islands have to offer. From otter watching days, seabird photography and wildlife watching trips. I cater for everyone from keen photographers to small family groups. A lifetime of experience in wildlife communication allows me to tailor your trip to your needs making for an unforgettable day.

Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. James.

I have travelled very extensively on wildlife trips over the years, and I just wanted to flag that James was without doubt one of the best guides I have experienced.  I think it was the combination of his enthusiasm to find things (he outdid my usual obsessive searching) plus his relaxed attitude which made the trip successful.
